My Approach

The properties that photograph best aren't always the most expensive or the most luxurious, they're the ones that create an experience.

I focus on creating galleries that feel warm, inviting and lived in, often photographing throughout different times of day to capture the changing mood of a property.

From sunrise coffee on a deck to golden evening light through a bedroom window, these small moments help tell the story of staying there.

FAQ

What types of photography services do you offer?

I offer a range of professional photography services for interior designers, builders, accommodation owners, and property owners across Victoria. My work includes interior photography, accommodation and Airbnb photography, builder and designer portfolio photography, and property photography for homes preparing for sale.

Sessions can range from short 2-hour shoots for property listings to half-day or full-day sessions for boutique accommodation, hotels, and completed design projects. I also offer custom content creation to capture lifestyle moments and storytelling imagery that showcase the atmosphere of a space.

Each shoot is tailored to highlight the design, light, and unique features of your property, helping you present your space in a way that feels authentic and visually compelling.

Do I need to be on site during the shoot?

No, you don’t need to be on-site during the photography session. Before the shoot, we’ll go over the details and create a clear brief so I understand exactly how you’d like the property captured. Many clients simply leave access via a secure lockbox or key arrangement, allowing me to photograph the space efficiently and without disruption.

While you’re welcome to be present if needed, I often find that having the space empty helps the photography process flow more smoothly, particularly for interior, accommodation, and property photography where careful styling, lighting, and movement through the space are important.

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

For standard real estate listings, you'll receive the images within 3 days. For holiday homes or more detailed projects, delivery may take between 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity and scope of the shoot. However you will receive peeks 48 hours after.

Do I get a discount if you stay over?

No, the pricing remains the same whether I stay overnight or not. Overnight stays allow me to capture the property in the best lighting throughout the day — from early morning to golden hour — ensuring a complete and consistent gallery. I spend the majority of the time actively shooting and planning each image, so you receive high-quality, carefully curated photographs that highlight your property, accommodation, or interior at its best.

how many images will i receive?

I deliver a carefully edited selection of the best images from each shoot. The final number of photographs will vary depending on the length of the session and the scope of the project, but you can expect a comprehensive gallery that captures your property at its best.

For example, a shorter property or interior photography session may include around 20–25 professionally edited images, while larger projects such as accommodation photography, boutique hotels, or full interior design portfolios may result in a much larger collection of images.

My focus is always on delivering high-quality photographs that showcase the light, design, and atmosphere of your space.

what other services do you offer?

In addition to property photography, I also offer drone photography and short form videos to compliment your gallery. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or specific requests.

What should I do to prepare my property for a shoot?

Clean thoroughly – Dust surfaces, remove spiderwebs, and ensure windows are clean so natural light can fill the space.

Declutter surfaces – Clear excess items from benches, tables, and shelves to allow the design and features of the property to stand out.

Create an inviting atmosphere – Small styling touches like fresh flowers, cushions, throws, or thoughtfully placed decor can help a space feel warm and welcoming.

Maximise natural light – Open curtains and blinds to allow as much natural light as possible into the home.

Remove personal items – Items like family photos or personal belongings can distract from the space itself, especially for property listings or accommodation photography.

Consider the timing – Scheduling the shoot at the time of day when your property receives the best natural light will help achieve the most flattering results.

Taking these steps will help present your home or property at its best, allowing the photography to highlight the light, design, and unique atmosphere of the space.
