I provide a wide range of photography services, including quick 2-hour shoots for real estate listings and comprehensive 2-day sessions for vacation homes or Airbnb properties and hotel photography. My specialties include real estate photography, Airbnb photography, vacation rental photography, and custom content creation.

Whether you need high-quality property images for a real estate listing or a storytelling-driven portfolio to showcase your vacation rental, I can tailor my services to meet your specific needs. Each project is designed to highlight your property’s unique features and present it in the best possible light, ensuring maximum appeal to your audience

Do I need to be on site during the shoot?

No, you don’t need to be on-site for the photography session. We’ll go over all the details beforehand and create a clear brief to ensure I understand your vision. You can leave a key in a secure lockbox, and I’ll take care of everything. However if you would like to be onsite, that is more than fine.

How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?

For standard real estate listings, you'll receive the images within 3 days. For holiday homes or more detailed projects, delivery may take between 2-3 weeks, depending on the complexity and scope of the shoot. However you will receive peeks 48 hours after,

Do I get a discount if you stay over?

No, the pricing remains the same whether I stay overnight or not. Staying over allows me to capture the property in the best lighting conditions throughout the day. I spend majority of the time actively shooting and planing to ensure high-quality results and a compressive gallery of images.

how many images will i receive?

I deliver all the best images from the shoot. The total number will vary depending on the time frame and scope of the project, but you can expect a comprehensive selection that captures your property in the best possible light.

For example, a standard 2-hour real estate session may receive around 20-30 images, while a more extensive 2-day project for a holiday home will result in a larger collection, potentially over 100 images.

what other services do you offer?

In addition to property photography, I also offer drone photography and short form videos to compliment your gallery. Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions or specific requests.

What should I do to prepare my property for a shoot?
  • Create an inviting atmosphere: Add touches like fresh flowers, cozy decor, or styled elements.
  • Clean thoroughly: remove dust, spider webs and clean windows.

  • Consider the timing: Schedule the shoot during the time of day with the best natural light for your property.
