I specialise in tailored photography packages for homes for sale, Airbnb rentals, and vacation properties across Victoria. Every property has its own story, and my mission is to capture its unique essence through thoughtfully crafted imagery. Whether you need professional real estate photography or standout visuals for a vacation rental, I’ll ensure your property shines in its best light.

For select homes, I offer an exclusive overnight option, capturing your property in a variety of lighting conditions over 24-48 hours. This approach provides a truly comprehensive and captivating visual portfolio.


Essentials



A shorter, efficient session designed for properties that need beautiful, imagery without the depth of a larger editorial shoot.

Half Day Shoot

 

A slower and more considered approach, allowing time to work through each space, wait for the right light and create a varied collection of listing, detail and atmospheric imagery.

Alongside the essential room and exterior photographs, we'll have time to capture the smaller details that give the property its personality and help potential guests imagine staying there.

Full Day  

Designed for larger properties and businesses wanting a comprehensive image library rather than simply a collection of listing photographs.

A full day gives us the flexibility to work with changing light, spend more time styling and composing each space, explore the surrounding property and create a much broader mix of interiors, exteriors, details, lifestyle and landscape imagery.

Where possible, the shoot can be timed to incorporate either early morning or late afternoon/golden-hour light.

Best for: Accommodation properties, luxury stays, heritage properties, designers, architects, tourism campaigns and businesses building a comprehensive image library.

Accommodation Story

Overnight Stay - experienced base imagery, not ideal for high end or portfolio work.

For properties where the experience, landscape and atmosphere are just as important as the interiors.

Rather than continuous photography throughout the stay, this package includes a series of shorter photography sessions timed around the best conditions.

This allows me to experience the property as a guest would and capture it across changing light — from afternoon and golden hour through to twilight and the following morning.

The result is a relaxed, story-driven collection showing not only what the property looks like, but what it feels like to stay there.

• Selected photography sessions throughout an overnight stay

• 80+ professionally edited images

• Interior and exterior photography

• Details and atmospheric imagery

• Golden hour and twilight opportunities

• Morning imagery

• Aerial/drone photography where suitable and permitted

• High-resolution and web-ready files

• Commercial usage rights


Astrophotography can be added from $150 + GST, subject to suitable weather, moon phase and conditions.

Accommodation is supplied by the client as part of this package.

Best for: Destination stays, cabins, farm stays, heritage accommodation and properties where location, atmosphere and the guest experience form an important part of the story.

Not sure which option suits your property?


For most accommodation properties, I recommend starting with a Half Day. Four hours gives me enough time to work thoughtfully through the property, capture both listing and lifestyle imagery and work with the changing light without rushing.

For larger properties, extensive grounds or businesses needing a broader commercial image library, a Full Day may be more suitable.

Send through your existing listing, website or a few photos of the property and I can recommend the level of coverage that will work best.

We’ll discuss the style and vibe you want to achieve with your images—whether that’s moody, light and bright, bold, or natural—and the purpose behind them.

We’ll also explore where the images will be featured, such as Facebook, Instagram, your website, or in print, to ensure they align perfectly with their intended use.

BRIEF


I’ll ask you to share a brief or use Pinterest to create mood boards, helping us align on the imagery style you’re envisioning. Your input is essential in crafting images that perfectly reflect your brand’s unique personality and style.

STYLING & PROPS


Styling items like fresh flowers, books, or a spread of cheese and wine can add a lovely touch to any shoot. Depending on the package you’ve selected and the desired aesthetic, these additions may or may not be necessary. These items can be added to your photos, something we can chat about.

SHOOT DAY & DELIVERY




The time spent documenting your property will depend on the package you select. Preview images will be delivered within 48 hours, and the complete gallery will be ready within two weeks—or sooner if we’ve arranged a faster turnaround.
